TC is really a very fertile ground to sow our seed on. On September 22nd, my husband and I attended the Financial Revolution Conference at Today’s Church. Here, we were reminded of the power of giving; of sowing and reaping. As the conference ended, we decided to give a small amount to the church. We held on to that envelope, stood together in faith, and claimed that through this small seed, we will harvest full provision for a vacation that we have been planning for our family.
Our vacation was beautiful. We got to see the wonders of God’s creation and we got to spend precious time with our family. But at the end of our trip, a storm hit Winnipeg. The roads were closed and we were unable to come home. As we sat stranded, our expenses started to pile up. Fear started to set in. How will we pay all this back? But God reminded us that He’s got this. We eventually got back home safe and sound. Shortly after, my husband came up to me and whispered in my ear: “our trip is fully paid”. We have just received a gift of love… a cheque that not only covered the expenses for our trip, but also paid for our mid-month bills. God is good!” – Rebecca C.
