LATEST UPDATE - 10/03/2020
As of September 13th, we have opened our doors again for a LIVE, in-person worship experience! Two in-person service times are available at 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM. What does it like? Similar to what you may have already seen in restaurants or grocery stores! We’ve got all the bases covered:
- Limited seating capacity (30%) within the building
- Frequent sanitization of shared areas (such as washrooms, chairs, etc)
- Sanitizing stations readily available around the building
- Self-monitoring and screening of all volunteers
- Enforced social distancing and a re-vamped sanctuary layout
- Strictly timed services
- Separate entry and exits
Otherwise, see further instructions below on how you and your family can participate in a TC service in-person while staying safe!
Step 1 - Register for Service online
All attendees will be required to pre-register for service online each week. Attendees will be asked to “purchase a ticket” at $0 (free!). We ask that you register ONLY for members within your same household, including children.
Online registration for services are now open! Register at the links below:
Step 2 - Arrive on-time (but not too early!)
We ask that members arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the registered service and stand in line outside the entrance (maintaining 6ft distance!). The entrance and lineup area for each service will be at the front door of our building (door facing Chester Street).
You will be invited into the building a few minutes before the service begins, after all sanitizing protocols have been completed. Once invited in, you will check-in at the front desk and then head straight towards the sanctuary where you will find assigned seating areas labelled for you! *Families with children will head straight towards the Superkids area to drop off their kids for Sunday School before making their way into the sanctuary.
Step 3 - Safe exits + distanced fellowship!
Our services will be cut a little shorter than our usual time in order to make way for the next group. Once service is over, we ask that you promptly exit via the side door in the sanctuary (facing the parking lot). Upon your exit you will be welcomed by a large outdoor fellowship area where you can chat and catch up with members you haven’t seen in a while. We do ask that you continue to maintain a 6 ft distance as you chat!
While you are enjoying your time outdoors, we will be re-sanitizing the church in preparation for the next service! Unfortunately, given the circumstances, you won’t be able to wait up and mingle with the next group.
We are very excited to be opening our doors again and seeing our members! Please check back to this page frequently for updates!
